We Are Going To Viet Nam
We are going to Viet Nam for a visa run. And we’re thinking of no computers there so, I made my blog post now.? And also notice that if I spell any words rong because, I want to make this a surprise for my parents. Usually my dad corrects the words, but today he isn’t and he’ll see the best typing I can do!
What i’m most exited about is the train! You get to have beds in there, and there is a bedroom with four beds. Well Aysia could sleep with mom, and I think we are going to meet a lady I don’t know her name, and I never talked to her but i’m sure she’s nice. 🙂

I know this is so sad and so fun for people. Some are happy some are sad, well i’m those two. I miss my friends and family, and I love travailing, but… It’s so hard to not be with your friends and family, but I will always remember them as long as I am alive. 😀
I’m so proud of you for making your own blog post without any help at all! You are growing up so fast.
I understand about being happy and sad… about being happy to travel and explore and experience the world… but also about missing friends and family. When I moved to Washington I was here all by myself… no family (not even my sister!), no friends. But over time I made some friends, and my sister moved closer… and family comes to visit me and I get to visit them. I really love where I am living and am very happy here. But I miss my family… like you.
Maybe I will have to plan another trip to come and visit you in Bali.

Traveling can be very fun, but you are right, sometimes it can be sad, too. I’m glad that you try to look at the happy, fun parts of traveling and know that even when you are not with your family and friends, you can remember them and that can help you feel happier.

And I can understand how you’d be both happy and sad about all of the traveling you’re doing. We miss you guys like crazy! But isn’t it nice we can talk over the computer and also see each other’s pictures? When your dad and I were kids, we didn’t even have the internet! I’m SO glad we can stay in contact and that we can use airplanes to see each other, even if it’s only once a year 🙂

Great job on your post, Emily! It’s amazing how much you’ve learned to do on your own. And I miss our family and friends sometimes, too. It’s fun when we can visit each other, though, and communicate through the Internet. And it’s also fun to make new friends.

It’s interesting that we can be happy and sad at the same time, isn’t it? I’m really trying to pay attention lately to feeling my own emotions and working to understand them better. Emily, you did an amazing job with your blog post. I am sure your mom and dad are very proud of you. I understand how you feel about missing family and friends. My sisters and my brother live in England, sometimes, I think that I would like to move back there so I could see them more often. We always have so much fun when we are together, but then I think of my children and grandchildren living here in the United States and I know that I would miss them too much if I moved. So when I do have an opportunity to go to England I try to make as many happy memories as I can and when I am here in the United States, I try to do the same. Since you are seeing so many wonderful countries in the world, I am sure you are making some really great memories to share. Please give eveyone my love and save some for yourself. xoxox
